1) Sale of a portfolio of five shopping centres in the SURF 1 retail fund with a combined sale price of $69.3 million.
2) $80 million acquisition of Warner Marketplace in Brisbane, QLD.
3) $21.5 million sale of Cowes Shopping Centre in Victoria.

Acting for Karellas Group (IGA) on the sale of an IGA business at Pyrmont, NSW to Woolworths Group Limited.
Acting for Port Authority of New South Wales in respect of numerous major tenant leases on Glebe Island.
Acting for the developer in the negotiation of a major retail anchor tenancy in a 42,000 sqm mixed-use development, which will include 12,000 square metres of retail and over 700 residential units.
Acting for Centuria in respect of the acquisition of an office tower in the Adelaide CBD and a mixed used retail and office building in Geelong, Victoria.
Valley Metro Retail Centre
Acting for the landlord in relation to the leasing for the redevelopment of Valley Metro Retail Centre, Fortitude Valley, Queensland.
Acting for national retailers, including fashion clothing retail chain Forever New, in respect of their leasing matters.
Assisting numerous landlords and tenants to navigate the COVID-19 legislation across all jurisdictions and negotiating lease variations.
