Zina is an experienced finance and restructuring lawyer, with a rapidly growing practice advising on a broad range of securitisation and structured finance transactions in Australia. Ed is a securitisation and structured finance lawyer with a unique professional background in corporate advisory and legal practice. Working directly with Zina and Ed, you will have the opportunity to advise issuers, originators, financiers and intermediaries on complex securitisation structures across a wide range of asset classes as well as structured transactions and alternative funding facilities.
