Acting for Qscan Group on multiple acquisitions (under its previous ownership by Quadrant Private Equity and current ownership by H.R.L Morrison / Infratil) including advising on regulatory frameworks (e.g. HIA, non-permitted benefits etc.).

Acting for the University of Technology Sydney with a broad range of matters including complex enterprise agreement drafting, unfair dismissal claims, employment and safety issues.

Acting for an Australian Go8 university on a tripartite joint venture agreement with industry counterparts in France and Japan relating to a range of space resource utilisation projects.

Hutchinson Builders

Acting for Hutchinson Builders on the negotiation of the design and construct contract and other project documents for the student accommodation PPP at the University of Technology, Sydney and on the negotiation of the design and construct contract and other documents for the student accommodation PPP at the University of Wollongong.*

Cubic Group

Acting for Cubic Group in respect of a multi million dollar project dispute with a major international contractor in respect of the Campbelltown Hospital.

RSL Lifecare

Acted for RSL Lifecare on a number of design and construct contracts for its retirement village and aged care facility buildings, drafting their template consultant’s agreement and construction contracts, and defending and settling head contractor security of payment claims.*

BSA Ltd

Acting for BSA Ltd on its disputes as the replacement mechanical services subcontractor on the Royal Adelaide Hospital PPP project with the head contractor and a nominated sub-subcontractor.*
