Ramin was drawn to the legal profession for the opportunity to solve complex problems through careful analysis and critical thinking. He is passionate about the law and enjoys the intellectual challenge it presents.

Ramin is experienced in corporate and property law, with specific experience in mergers and acquisitions and high value transactions in a retail environment.

Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Ramin worked for an independent law consultancy.
