Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Ramin worked for an independent law consultancy.

  • Advised Eureka Group Holdings on the all-scrip off market takeover bid by Aspen Group Limited.
  • Advised management in relation to the $50 million buyout of an Australian-owned manufacturer and distributor of lubricants, operating throughout Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, and the Pacific Rim.
  • Advised Altor Capital in the acquisition of a leading Australian manufacturing company providing high-quality pressure and temperature gauges and installation packages.
  • Advised seller in the sale of a Brisbane-based childcare catering and nutrition company.
