Hamilton Locke is pleased to have advised NOJA Power and its shareholders on the sale of the group to Goldman Sachs Alternatives. The transaction is expected to complete later in 2026.
NOJA Power is a Brisbane-based global leader in medium-voltage switchgear and grid automation technology, supplying utility customers in more than 100 countries. The transaction will see founders Neil O’Sullivan, Oleg Samarski, Jay Manne and Quynh Anh Le make a significant reinvestment alongside Goldman Sachs Alternatives and continue to lead the business.
The transaction represents an important milestone for NOJA Power and is expected to support the company’s continued international growth, investment in manufacturing capacity and development of its grid automation technology.
Commenting on the transaction, Hamilton Locke Partner Brett Heading said: “We are delighted to have supported our long-term client NOJA Power and its shareholders on this significant transaction. NOJA Power is an outstanding Australian-founded business with a strong global presence, and this transaction represents an exciting next chapter for the company as it continues to grow internationally. It has been a privilege to work alongside the NOJA Power team, its shareholders and advisers throughout the process.”
