Goodwin, headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, develops private jet charter software alongside banking-service integrations and automated financial tools. The acquisition brings STACK.aero’s aviation CRM and business operations platform into Goodwin’s charter technology and payments business, connecting the work of selling and managing a private jet charter with the financial processes behind each trip. The acquisition by Goodwin positions the company for its next phase of growth.
