Jay approaches his work with enthusiasm and commitment. He enjoys navigating complex legal landscapes and facilitating strategic transactions for clients and has a strong interest in developing rooted business relationships with clients while providing innovative solutions.
Jay is developing his knowledge of financial markets regulations, AML/CFT implications and general corporate structuring to assist clients in relation to the launch of their different investment products and services.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Jay worked at Cooney Lees Morgan and Bishopdale Law (Now Saunders & Co) as a Summer Clerk.
