Rahul has a keen interest in project dispute resolution and arbitration and has an eager desire in solving complex and challenging problems for clients. He has provided valuable input in Special Counsel proceedings while navigating a strategic approach to resolve disputes on many high-end projects. His passionate demeanour is at the centre of his dealings with clients, ensuring he builds strong and nurturing relationships throughout all aspects of his work.
Rahul also has a passion for the budding renewable energy space and has experience in dealing in matters with a variety of contracts, including EPC’s and D&C’s. He continues his expertise on the sector through extensive research on technologies and projects implanting use of hydro, solar PV’s and wind.
