He efficiently advises people and entities on their business endeavours and finds ways to shape and structure businesses and ventures based on their owners’ and investors’ wants and needs.

Lorenzo’s expertise includes private equity, corporate restructuring, fund formation and management, general corporate matters, and capital markets.

Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Lorenzo worked for Clifford Chance US LLP, Chef’s Warehouse (NASDAQ: CHEF) and the World Bank Group (IBRD).

  • Acting on the sale of the OptiBPO group to Cloudstaff, a private equity backed outsourcing solutions company.
  • Acting on the sale of Lexicon Group to Endava LLC, a NYSE listed UK multinational consultancy business.
  • Advising Sia Partners, a French-based global management consulting group, on the acquisition of Churchill Consulting.
  • Advising MA Growth Ventures on multiple portfolio investments into fast growing technology businesses.
