Hamilton Locke is delighted to have advised optiBPO, an offshoring consulting business, on its sale to Cloudstaff, which is a leading global cloud-based workforce provider.
optiBPO was founded by Jamie McBrien and Nicola Mace and works with companies across Australia and New Zealand, North America and Europe to help plan, manage and build dedicated teams in the Philippines.
Cloudstaff is a premium global workforce provider which was established in 2005 by founder and CEO, Lloyd Ernst, and which is backed by Philippines-based private equity firm Navegar.
