Hamilton Locke Advises on the Sale of Partizan Worldwide Pty Limited

Hamilton Locke is delighted to have acted on the sale of Partizan Worldwide, a leading patient support healthcare solutions provider in the Australian pharmaceutical market, to DKSH Healthcare, which is a Swiss-based global provider of market expansion services for healthcare companies. Hamilton Locke advised the shareholders of Partizan on the sale.

Partizan was founded in Sydney in 2010. With its team of 60 employees, it serves renowned blue-chip clients by offering a wide range of services, including in-home nursing and tele-health services, health coaching, support to highly specialized drugs and new medication, health technology development, software development and provision of data or insights to support clinical decisions.

DKSH is a leading Market Expansion Services provider, offering sourcing, market insights, marketing and sales, eCommerce, distribution and logistics as well as after-sales services. DKSH is listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange, operating in 37 markets and generating net sales of CHF 11.3 billion in 2022.
