Leslie’s background in tax practice, accounting, and in investment banking, allows him to offer technical and commercial solutions for clients. Leslie has a particular focus on inbound and outbound investment structures, restructuring, corporate and business acquisitions, and venture capital investment.
Previously, Leslie worked in the tax practice of K&L Gates, in the tax practice of KPMG, and was an executive director in the Equity Markets group of Macquarie Bank.
