Hamilton Locke advises Wingate Corporate Investments and Keyview Financial Group in relation to a senior secured facilities provided to Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs

Hamilton Locke is pleased to have acted for Wingate Corporate Investments and Keyview Financial Group in relation to a syndicated senior secured facilities provided to Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs (NextGen), a premium operator of lifestyle clubs across Australia and New Zealand. The facilities will be applied by NextGen towards refinancing its existing debt facilities and funding further growth initiatives.

Commenting on the transaction, Hamilton Locke partner, Zina Edwards said: “It was a pleasure acting for Wingate and Keyview on this complex multi-jurisdiction transaction. We had to manage various practical hurdles which required considered advice and balancing competing interests to achieve a commercially acceptable outcome for all parties.
