Hamilton Locke has advised Centennial on its acquisition of the McGraths Hill Home large format retail centre and the establishment of the Centennial Homeplus Holdings Trust.
The centre is anchored by major large format retail tenants such as Bunnings Warehouse, Harvey Norman, Petbarn and BCF. Situated on a 37,840sqm site, the centre sits in one of Sydney’s fastest-growing residential corridors.
Hamilton Locke also assisted with the capital raising and fund establishment for the Centennial Home+ Enhanced Value Fund to acquire the asset. The matter involved collaboration across the Real Estate, Tax and Funds and Financial Services teams ensure the delivery of successful outcomes for the transaction.
