• Acted for Sydney Fish Market in connection with the leasing documentation and commercial negotiations required to relocate existing tenants from the former Sydney Fish Market site to the new site and advising on lease documentation and negotiations for incoming tenants at the new development.
• Advised Indara Digital Infrastructure on the preparation and negotiation of various leases and licenses across multiple sites.
• Acted for Milligan Group on the sale of 32–36 York Street, Sydney, to DWS, a German investment management group.
• Acted for Centuria Capital Group in acquiring the management rights to the agricultural real estate fund Arrow Primary Infrastructure Fund.
• Acted for Centuria Capital Group on the acquisition of a 50% interest in the World Square office assets.
• Acted for Cromwell Property Group on the establishment of a new investment venture with an Asia-Pacific institutional investor for the acquisition of 100 Creek Street, Brisbane.
• Acted for Centennial Property Group on the acquisition of the McGraths Hill Home large format retail centre.
