Represented PagerDuty Inc. (US) in relation to an enterprise-wide SaaS Agreement with a top-four Australian bank.
Accela Inc.
Represented a US-based software supplier, Accela Inc., in relation to licensing, implementing and managing a system used in the management of water rights between the Australian Federal Government and three State Governments (NSW, Victoria and South Australia).
CSIRO
Advised CSIRO on the establishment of the CSIRO Innovation Fund / Main Sequence Ventures – the first incorporated limited partnership structure to be established in the Federal Government.
Tank Stream Ventures
Acted for Tank Stream Ventures and the BridgeLane Group on many portfolio investments, including multiple rounds in ezyCollect, multiple rounds in Go1, Bugherd, PockeBook, School Places, Equitise, Biteable, YourGrocer, Firefly Inc, GoCatch, Agerris, Sprout Stack, a Series B investment into Flare HR as part of a $21 million round involving New York fund Point72 Ventures, various investment rounds into, and subsequent sale of, BrickX and more.

Acted for Soho Property, a proptech platform, on the acquisition of Homesales.com and subsequent capital raising.
