Eric is known for early case evaluation and resolution strategies, strategic insight, and striving for the highest quality communications with clients, the Court and adversaries.
As a highly experienced litigator, Eric has expertise in major commercial disputes, including complex contractual, technology, telecommunications, and trans-border matters, and claims relating to misleading conduct, breach of fiduciary duty and misuse of confidential information.
He is admitted to practice in Australia and in New York State, and has conducted and advised on proceedings in Australia, the USA and the Pacific region.
Eric joined Hamilton Locke from his litigation and dispute resolution practice, EMB Legal. He previously held the position of Chief Litigation Counsel at Telstra, where he was responsible for the conduct of over $3.0 billion in major case litigation. Prior to his position with Telstra, Eric was a lawyer at the premier US litigation firm, Williams & Connolly, based in Washington DC.
