Gaynor brings 25 years’ experience in M&A in London and Australia. She is an experienced corporate transactional and advisory lawyer with a diverse and extensive skillset, having developed a successful corporate transactional practice representing public and large private companies, funds, banks and shareholders in Australia and internationally. Gaynor regularly advises clients on foreign investment, regulated and private treaty M&A transactions both buy and sell-side and domestic and inbound equity investments
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Gaynor was a partner at Corrs Chambers Westgarth for over seven years. She has also worked at other top-tier firms including Thomson Geer, Baker & McKenzie, and Gilbert + Tobin.
