The funds from the IPO will be used to rapidly progress Dynamic Metals’ exploration activities across its three key projects: the Widgiemooltha Lithium Nickel Project; the Lake Percy Lithium Nickel Project; and the Deep Well Nickel Copper PGE Project.

The team advising on the transaction was led by Partner Deanna Carpenter with support from Lawyers James Roberts and Lachlan Pethick. Partner Michael Boyce advised on the title report, with support from Senior Associate Claudia Bertone.
