Hamilton Locke has advised Parbo Resources Limited (ASX: PRB) on its successful admission to the ASX, raising $5 million to fund the next phase of its mineral exploration and development activities.
Parbo Resources was admitted to the Official List of the ASX on 18 September 2026, with trading commencing on 22 September 2026. The IPO raised $5 million through the issue of 25 million shares at $0.20 per share.
Parbo Resources is focused on mineral exploration and development, with proceeds from the IPO to fund exploration activities and support the advancement of its project portfolio.
