Claudia is a corporate lawyer specialising in mining, petroleum and natural resources law. She has relevant experience in the legal and regulatory overview relating to mining and petroleum tenure and advising clients in respect to tenure related issues, initial public offers, acquisitions, joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements mineral rights sharing agreements and royalty agreements.
