Maddie is a lawyer in Hamilton Locke’s Agribusiness team. She is passionate and dedicated to building a career that provides excellent and accessible legal services to rural and agribusiness clients. Growing up in Condamine, Maddie is proud to be from a rural background and has been actively involved in the agribusiness industry all her life.
Maddie is experienced in advising private clients, specifically with succession and business planning, estate planning, structuring and asset protection and tax advice (stamp duty and tax). She also has experience in rural property transactions.
Maddie is involved in several committees and organisations across the industry, including the Co-Founder and Co-Chair of the Women in Ag network, Vice-Chair of the Young Beef Producers Forum (a sub-committee of the Future Farmers Network) and was a committee member on the Beef Australia 2024 Stud Cattle Championship committee.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Maddie worked at BDO in the Corporate & International Tax team.
