Lachlan is experienced in advising companies on satisfying ASX listing requirements; from the due diligence stage through to listing and post listing. He is keen to further develop his expertise and skills in equity capital markets and public and private mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Lachlan worked for HWL Ebsworth Lawyers.
