Despite joining the legal profession due to a love of advocacy, James soon discovered his passion for ECM. James’ patient and disciplined work ethic enables him to prioritise his clients’ best interests, and he is motivated to deliver practical, considered solutions that benefit all stakeholders.
James is experienced in advising on equity capital markets and general corporate and advisory matters including Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rule compliance.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, James worked for HWL Ebsworth Lawyers.
