With over 20 years of diverse experience as a lawyer, investment banker and senior executive, Peter has successfully blended a legal and commercial career across legal, financial services and funds management industries that brings unique perspective and experience to Hamilton Locke.
Peter’s extensive expertise spans across corporate strategy, investment management and principal investments. Peter is part of the Hamilton Locke executive team and focuses on growth and developing strategic initiatives.
Peter’s legal experience includes private practice experience at Mallesons Stephen Jacques in Sydney and Linklaters in London, as well as over four years as General Counsel at Moelis Australia Limited (ASX.MOE). Peter was also an investment banker at Macquarie Group Limited (ASX.MQG) and Moelis Australia. During his time at Moelis Australia, Peter was also Group Company Secretary and a member of Moelis Australia’s Executive Committee, Investment Committee and Senior Executive Risk Review Committee (as Chair).
Peter is a non-executive director at Johns Lyng Group Limited (ASX.JLG).
