His experience advising a range of financial services clients means he brings a pragmatic and commercial approach to every matter. Jason prides himself in his clear communication and ability to deal with complex legal issues.

Before joining Hamilton Locke, Jason worked in the Investigation and Enforcement team at ASIC, and in the Funds, Superannuation and Financial Services team at Allens.

Advised Australian Soil Management on its acquisition partnership with Climate Friendly.
Advised Keyview Financial Group on a senior secured loan to Elanor Investors Group.
Advised the responsible entity of a number of registered property funds on regulatory issues including liquidity management and breach reporting.
Assisted in advising Sunsuper on its merger with QSuper to create the Australian Retirement Trust.
Assisted in advising a number of major superannuation funds on regulatory issues including trust deed amendments and rollover obligations.
