Palak is a lawyer in the corporate advisory team and provides pragmatic and commercial legal advice to companies in all stages of growth and operation. Specialising in public and private M&A and equity capital markets, she is experienced in achieving strong outcomes for companies undergoing capital raising, acquisitions and business sales.
Her expertise also extends to advising companies on commercial contracting, general corporate advisory and compliance with corporations law and ASX listing rules.
Palak has experience working in commercial roles in business and industry, where she worked closely with boards of directors by providing commercial and legal advice to achieve a robust foundation for growth and expansion. Her with unique insights into the inner workings of businesses allow her to provide practical advice in light of a business’ operations and strategy.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Palak worked in the corporate advisory team at Mills Oakley, as a Commercial Manager at Re.Group, a leading business in the waste management space and as a business analyst in the fintech industry.
