SELECTED REPRESENTATIONS

• Advised retail and consumer brands investment platform, Alquemie Group on its $60+ million acquisition of Australian fashion retailer, General Pants Co from the Victor Smorgon Group, Phil Staub and Jackie Vidor.
• Advised a leading alternative investment management firm in relation to the circa. GBP5.0 billion sale of issued share capital and mortgage and loan portfolios held by Bradford & Bingley plc and NRAM Limited.
• Advised a global financial institution as arranger and lead manager on the EUR653 million CMBS which was secured by 105 office properties in the Netherlands.
• Advised leading financial institutions across a number of bond issuances by a prominent UK-based company out of their multicurrency bond programme in a variety of currencies including EUR, CAD, YEN, GBP and USD in aggregate totalling of two billion in funds.
