With a keen appreciation for problem solving, Brad continually works to develop solutions that reconcile the interests of all parties. He focuses on collaborating with clients and colleagues to determine the practical and logistical steps to execute transactions.

Brad specialises in corporate and institutional finance. He has acted for financiers and major corporations on a range of syndicated, leveraged, property and other debt financing transactions. His experience includes the full range of facilities to support a range of corporate clients. This includes clients in the construction industry who have significant performance and surety bond requirements, financial services clients in relation to various secured facilities, and financiers providing facilities to some of Australia’s major retailers.

Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Brad was a partner at Gadens, DibbsBarker and Clayton Utz.
