Hamilton Locke advises European Energy on the Winton North hybrid solar and battery project

Congratulations to European Energy on reaching financial close for the Winton North hybrid solar and battery project, a 130 MW solar and 100 MW / 220 MWh battery project located in Winton, Victoria.

Winton North Solar Farm and BESS strengthens European Energy’s growing portfolio of renewable energy assets in Australia and is set to provide more than 130 megawatts of solar power to Victoria. The project has secured long-term offtake agreements in respect of the solar farm and BESS with Amazon.

Hamilton Locke is pleased to have advised European Energy on the project documents, including the EPC and O&M Contracts, key equipment supply and service contracts, and supporting the project to reach this significant milestone.
