Lauren’s commercial approach is highly valued by our clients, who trust her to achieve the best outcome in any given situation.
Lauren has extensive experience undertaking all manner of debt finance transactions. These include asset finance, vendor finance, property finance, corporate lending and leveraged and acquisition finance. Lauren has acted for financial institutions, as well as corporate clients, both locally and internationally.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Lauren worked at Gilbert + Tobin in Sydney. She also worked for leading South African firm, ENS Africa in Johannesburg.
