Kath is a Corporate law specialist with extensive experience advising clients in all aspects of corporate law including local and cross-border public & private M&A, corporate fundraising, corporate governance, private equity, takeovers, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements and general corporate and commercial advice in Australia, the UK and Europe.
Kath works across a variety of industry sectors. Her experience includes resources (mining, oil & gas), infrastructure projects, renewable energy, private equity, financial services, retail, agribusiness, healthcare, education, professional services and real estate.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Kath worked at PwC, King & Wood Mallesons in Melbourne, Sydney and London and Linklaters in London.
