Anushka is a specialist tax and duty lawyer, with a focus on corporate taxation. Anushka endeavours to provide her clients with advice that is pragmatic and commercially astute, acting for publicly listed entities, private companies and individuals.

Anushka provides advice on general tax issues associated with transactions, transaction structuring, M&A transactions and the application of transfer duty, landholder duty and exemptions (including corporate reconstruction exemptions) in respect of a range of transactions. She also advises clients on the application of the payroll tax provisions to their specific circumstances. She assists clients in relation to audits, objections and disputes with the Australian Taxation Office and the various Offices of State Revenue.

Prior to practising as a lawyer, Anushka worked for McCullough Robertson, HopgoodGanim Lawyers, Flight Centre, BHP and PwC.
