Annabelle is an enthusiastic Lawyer who takes a concerted approach to providing bespoke and commercial solutions to clients. She thoroughly enjoys the problem-solving aspect of the law and finds its application to novel ideas and new technologies such as crypto-assets engaging. She is detail-orientated and able to deal with complex legal problems and in doing so strives to create engaging and meaningful relationships with her clients and colleagues.
Annabelle has experience across funds, general insurance, payments, AML/CTF and credit. She primarily focuses on the establishment and financial services regulation of investment funds. Annabelle is keenly aware of regulatory developments having contributed to the Hamilton Locke submission for the “Review of the regulatory framework for managed investment schemes” and co-authoring LexisNexis’ Practical Guidance for Corporate Collective Investment Vehicles. Prior to Hamilton Locke, Annabelle worked for Aus Merchant and Certainty Compliance.
