Hamilton Locke is thrilled to announce a wave of promotions across the firm, effective 1 January 2023.
Senior Associate, Joshua Bell, has been promoted to Special Counsel continuing his specialisation in public and private M&A (including cross-border), distressed M&A, private equity, venture capital, corporate restructures, general corporate law and foreign investment regulations.
Lawyer, Janice Yew, has been promoted to Senior Associate and will continue her specialisation in intellectual property, technology, and commercial law.
Lawyer, Michael Jefferies, has been promoted to Senior Associate and will continue his expertise in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate advisory.
Lawyer, Nasreen Jahan, has been promoted to Senior Associate continuing to work in the construction and project sectors.
