Hamilton Locke Advises Zunibal and Spanish PE firm Nazca Capital on the Australian legal and tax aspects of the Acquisition of Echoview Software

Hamilton Locke has been working alongside the Spanish teams at Deloitte Legal and Deloitte Corporate Finance advising Zunibal, a portfolio company of Spanish private equity firm Nazca Capital, on its acquisition of Echoview Software, an Australian-based global leader in hydroacoustic analysis software.

This transaction, which significantly expands Zunibal’s technology portfolio and strengthens its strategic positioning in the development of sustainable marine technologies, opens up new opportunities for Zunibal in the sustainable management of multiple fisheries, aquaculture, oceanography, and the blue economy, among others.
