Hamilton Locke advises Sentinel Metals Limited on its initial public offering and ASX listing

Hamilton Locke advised Sentinel Metals Limited (ASX: SNM) on its successful listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) last week, marking a significant milestone for the company and the broader resources sector.

Hamilton Locke acted for Sentinel Metals Limited in connection with its ASX listing, supporting the company through the IPO process and helping it achieve its strategic growth objectives.

Sentinel Metals is focused on mineral exploration and development, with its flagship Columbia Project in Montana, United States of America, that is prospective for gold. The ASX listing positions the company to accelerate its exploration program at the Columbia Project and attract further investment.

Hamilton Locke’s team provided strategic legal advice across corporate and capital markets matters, ensuring a smooth and successful listing process. Canaccord Genuity acted as lead manager, and LCP Group WA Pty Ltd is the company secretary.

Shaun Hardcastle, Partner at Hamilton Locke, commented: “We’re proud to have supported Sentinel Metals Limited on its listing. The IPO was extremely well supported and reflects strong investor confidence in gold assets, Sentinel’s management and the future potential of the company.”

The Hamilton Locke team was led by Shaun Hardcastle, with support from Senior Associate Simon Barcham and Lawyer Lachlan Pethick.
