Hamilton Locke Advises RFI Global on all Australian aspects of the Acquisition of iSky Research

Hamilton Locke has been working alongside Massumi + Consoli LLP in advising private equity firm Diversis Capital and its portfolio company RFI Global, a leader in providing intelligence and insights to the financial-services sector, on all Australian aspects of the acquisition of iSky Research. iSky Research is a global provider of digital experience intelligence and market research focused on the fintech and digital services sectors.

The integration of the iSky Research entities into the RFI Global group will enable them to expand their services offering and strengthen their capabilities in advanced digital UX intelligence for banking and insurance services.
