Hamilton Locke acted for Epsilon Direct Lending on a senior secured debt facility provided to SomnoMed Limited, the parent company of a multinational group that is headquartered in Australia and listed on the Australian Securities Exchange. The SomnoMed Group specialises in the manufacturing of products for the treatment of sleep related breathing disorders, including obstructive sleep apnea, and the provision of continuous open airway therapies.
The facility will be used by the SomnoMed Group to fund its ongoing investment in growth initiatives.
