Hamilton Locke Acts for Australian Business Growth Fund on their investment in Inskin Cosmedics

Hamilton Locke is delighted to have acted for Australian Business Growth Fund (ABGF) on their investment in INSKIN COSMEDICS.

ABGF is Australia’s only purpose built growth capital fund dedicated to investing in Australian SMEs.

INSKIN is Australia’s largest vertically integrated professional skincare company. INSKIN manufactures, distributes and retails its own brand of specialist ‘cosmedical’ skincare products.

ABGF’s capital will be used to help INSKIN continue to grow. ABGF will take a seat on the INSKIN  board and be an active investor and strategic growth partner. Through its global network, ABGF will also help INSKIN pepare for its launch in broader international markets.
