Acted for a large telecommunications and technology provider across a range of disputes including network technology implementation and IP ownership, competition, network access and technology supply contracts.

Commenced proceedings in the High Court on behalf of a client wishing to challenge the constitutional validity of the Victorian lockdown laws.

Resisting urgent interlocutory injunctions and Federal Court proceedings involving allegations of breach of contract, breach of Corporations Act, tort of conspiracy, breach of fiduciary duty, misuse of confidential information and breach of restraints for a mining services client.

Acted for a large publicly listed infrastructure company in Hong Kong seeking damages for misleading and deceptive conduct in the Federal Court.

Assisting in the resolution of shareholder oppression actions and derivative actions brought by companies against their directors for breach of their duties.

Advised the Australian subsidiary of an Asia-Pacific based company in the resolution of international arbitration and court proceedings, including advice on continuous disclosure obligations.

Acted for the plaintiff in proceedings for damages under the ASIC Act arising as a result of misleading or deceptive conduct in relation to financial services.

Represented the executor and enduring attorney in a complex statutory will case regarding the substantial assets of an elderly person who had lost capacity.
