Talya is a corporate lawyer with experience advising both international and local clients in a range of corporate and commercial matters. Proficient in drafting legal documents, providing legal advice and managing multidimensional transactions, Talya’s passionate and enthusiastic approach is underpinned by her strong communication skills and client focus.
Talya specialises in advising a range of clients on primary and secondary capital raisings (including IPOs and reverse takeovers), mergers and acquisitions (including private and public share or asset sales), regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Talya worked as an Associate at Palisade Corporate (formerly Price Sierakowski).
