Stephanie is a specialist energy and resources lawyer based in Perth. Stephanie has more than 10 years’ experience advising publicly listed entities, private companies and individuals on a broad range of issues affecting the exploration and mining industry in Australia.
Stephanie has extensive experience in project acquisition and divestment, project development, Mining Act compliance, services and supply contracts, consultancy agreements, farm-in and joint venture arrangements, mineral sharing arrangements, due diligence and preparation of independent solicitor’s reports.
Stephanie regularly advises exploration and mining clients in respect of land access issues, particularly in respect of private land, pastoral leases, infrastructure tenure, native title, Aboriginal Cultural Heritage and Reserves.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Stephanie worked at Lawton Macmaster Legal and Gilbert + Tobin.
