As a corporate lawyer, Rachael has expertise in advising clients on private company M&A, private equity transactions and corporate reorganisations as well as advising private groups and individuals on corporate matters including bespoke structures. Rachael advises corporate clients, private equity houses and management teams on transactions across a broad range of industries including technology, retail, healthcare and financial services.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Rachael worked for Pinsent Masons LLP and Deloitte Legal in the UK.
