Nimrod is a Restructuring and Insolvency Lawyer with experience in both transactional and contentious matters arising out of external administration appointments. He has acted on restructures through deed of company arrangements and commenced proceedings for claims of breaches of directors’ duties and voidable transactions.

Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Nimrod was a Solicitor in the Restructuring and Insolvency team at HWL Ebsworth Lawyers.
