Natalie is a commercially minded and passionate tax specialist who enjoys working on complex tax and commercial matters to achieve successful outcomes for her clients.
With a special interest in tax litigation, Natalie helps clients manage all stages of an ATO dispute from reviews, audits and objections through to appeals and reviews in the Federal Court of Australia and Administrative Appeals Tribunal for both primary tax and administrative penalties.
Natalie provides practical tax advice on commercial transactions and estate planning matters such as the sale of a business, sale or shares, variations to trust deeds, and changes to group structures. She also assists clients with the application of transfer duty and landholder duty on various transactions and liaises with the relevant state authorities in respect of same.
