She has been retained by clients from a wide variety of sectors and has particular expertise in the resources and transport and logistics industries.
Throughout her career, Melissa has acted for both individuals and body corporates in defending WHS prosecutions across Australian jurisdictions. She works diligently and empathetically to help her clients secure successful outcomes.
