Mairead has significant domestic and international experience advising on a range of leveraged finance, acquisition finance and general corporate finance matters. She delivers technically excellent and practical advice to a wide range of clients in the sector.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Mairead worked at Clayton Utz. She also worked at Arthur Cox in Dublin for four years which included secondments to London and Lisbon with an affiliate firm.
