Lucinda Tracy


Lucinda is a dedicated lawyer who feels passionately about the legal profession. She envisions an opportunity to one day make a difference in the environmental law and new energy space.

Lucinda has a variety of experience in multiple specialisations including start-ups and technology, contract law, property law, trademarks, and policy.

Prior to Hamilton Locke, Lucinda worked for Environmental Justice Australia, Ellinghaus Weill, Oakleys White, Deakin University Legal Clinic and Parks Victoria.

  • Played a role in successfully launching legal action against many State Governments opposing the approval of proposed coal mines within the respective State Court.
