Louise is a dynamic and meticulous financial services and investment funds lawyer known for her pragmatic and solution-oriented approach. She is dedicated to understanding clients’ commercial needs and delivering innovative strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.
She advises domestic and international fund managers on the structuring, establishment and marketing of their funds, including strategic secondary and other fund-related transactions. This is supported by her understanding of financial services regulatory matters, which includes licensing, distribution and issuance of financial products.
Prior to joining Hamilton Locke, Louise worked at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in New York, which included a secondment to the Singapore office. Before practising in New York, she was a solicitor in the Funds and Financial Services team at Clayton Utz in Sydney. Louise also gained in-house experience with a secondment to the legal team of Colonial First State.
